I don't have anything of value to offer on teh training aspects or the actual content. Also, as you know I've been a reader of LJI since day one, but I'm not a writer so I don't have anything of value to add there either.
HOWEVER .. :) As a reader I would suggest breaking this up more, into paragraphs. I'm not sure if this was a posting thing with LJ or as it was written, but it is showing as massive blocks of text with few breaks. It is very hard (for me) to read it, and I admit at first I did skim the first couple blocks, then scroll past all together when it came up on my friends list. Then I saw your comment on the killing floor post and came back to fully read it, then comment.
I know this isn't all that helpful, but .. it's all I got. :)
